Year 9:                  Monday 5 to Thursday 8 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School)
Year 7 White:     Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Girls' High School)
Year 10:               Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School)
Year 8 Black:       Sunday 11 to Wednesday 14 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School)
Year 7 Black:      Monday 12 to Thursday 15 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Girls' High School)
Year 6:                  Wednesday 14 to Saturday 17 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School)
Year 11-13:         Sunday 18 to Wednesday 21 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School)
Year 4/5:              Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 January 2026 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ or Hereworth)

All grades are based on Term 4, 2025, School Year.

Option 1
Year 4/5:
$2700.00 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ or Hereworth) - includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 2 nights, breakfast & dinner provided (no lunch) for 12 players and two adults.
Year 6:
$3745.00 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School) – includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 nights, breakfast & dinner provided (no lunch) for 12 players and two adults.
Year 7:
$3745.00 (teams stay at Napier Girls’ High School) – includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 nights, breakfast & dinner provided (no lunch) for 12 players and two adults.
Year 8, 9, 10 & 11-13:
$4095.00 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School) - includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 nights, breakfast, lunch & dinner provided for 12 players and two adults.
Girls Grade Year 6-8 & 9/10:
$3495.00 (teams stay at Napier Girls’ High School)—includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 nights, breakfast and dinner (no lunch) provided for 10 players and two adults.

Option 2 
Year 4/5: $670.00 includes entry and ground fees; teams source their own accommodation.
